1 LET’S TALK

We listen. Over a phone call, tell us what you have in mind, your current situation, and your vision.

Site visit. We’ll come for a free site visit and discuss about the feasibility, gather more information to identify your goals and create a wish list.

We provide a bird’s eye view consultation with a preliminary investment based on current information.

2 LET’S PLAN

Let’s get serious. A preliminary contract is signed with and we roll up our sleeves to start planning your project.

As a general contractor, we can work with your architect & designer or, we can provide all these requirements and take care of every aspect to put your vision on paper.

The team is created. Our certified staff and proven trade partners work towards your design and architecture. If you already have drawings it’s ok.

Get the conceptual drawings approved and we get all required permits.

Finalize the design and required investment.

3 LET’S BUILD

Project kick off. Barron P Remodeling has in house certified project manager, site supervisor, foreman and carpenter that execute planned work. Reliable suppliers and proven trades coordination.

We talk more. 90% of a project success is communication. Multiple point of contact with a project manager, site supervisor and the office.

4 LET’S WRAP UP

Completing the project to the last detail. Our crew and partners are highly trained and capable of delivering every project successfully.

Close all permits. Remit project documents and warranty and sign off.
